FULFILLMENT POLICY:
Barring any adverse conditions, orders are processed and shipped within the following timelines:
Prints: 3-5 business days
Stickers: 3-5 business days
Books, Graphic Novels, Comics: 7-10 business days
MERCHANDISE: 3-5 business days (fulfillment times may change depending on the manufacturer(s) supply chain.
COMMISSIONS: varies depending on complexity and size of the requested item

RETURNS:
Yellow Snow Studios allows a 15 day return policy on merchandise from the time of receiving your order.
If there is an issue with any item you purchased you can return it for a refund of the purchase price as long as the item is in its original new condition.
Also make sure your address is typed in correctly. We cannot offer refunds of shipping cost to any item returned due to addressing errors.
REFUNDS:
In the event that an item/order is delivered damaged to the customer, the customer can contact our support team (at info@yellowsnowstudios.com) to assist in the replacement, or refund of the damaged order. Customers are to keep the original packaging and the damaged item(s) in order to file a claim for the damaged goods. * Place DAMAGED plus the ORDER NUMBER in the subject line*
